Overview

To strengthen Dyson’s performance on Rakuten, Japan’s top third-party e-commerce platform, I worked on-site with the Japan team to reimagine the customer journey and design experience. Our goal was to overcome Rakuten’s design limitations by implementing custom live-coded modules that allowed greater flexibility and brand expression. The result was a more modern, responsive, and informative storefront that better communicated Dyson’s technology and value, ultimately driving engagement and conversion.
